Attorney Jason M. Jones is an associate attorney at RKM Law. Attorney Jones represents the interests of Massachusetts workers’ compensation parties before administrative judges at the statewide offices of the Department of Industrial Accidents. Attorney Jones also advocates for clients in various civil matters before the District, Superior, and Federal Courts.
Attorney Jones’s prior legal experience includes working at a law firm in New Bedford and for the City of New Bedford’s Solicitor’s Office. There, Attorney Jones gained experience in various civil, municipal, and administrative law matters.
His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Curry College, as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and the Charlton College of Business. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Massachusetts School of Law. Attorney Jones is a member of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Plymouth County Bar Association, Suffolk County Bar Association, and Bristol County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
